Yoga with Lucie Minne
Standing tall and outstretched between earth and sky,
balanced between gravity and lightness
Focusing on the breathing, always, adding softness to the posture.
Moving with. Listening, sensing the signals from the body –
appreciating it.
Feeling the luxury of slowly undoing tightness and blockages –
the joy of freeing up the body.
In that way the yoga session, however long or short,
becomes like a meditation guiding us towards the inner centre of stillness.
And from there we can go out into the world
refreshed and with renewed connection to our true being – spreading the benefits of this wonderful practice.

“Look after the root of the tree and the fragrant flowers and luscious fruits will grow by themselves.
Look after the health of the body and the fragrance of the mind and the richness of the spirit will flow.”
BKS Iyengar

It can be helpful to have one or more sessions with individual attention if you are new to yoga and want to begin a class or if you have experience and want to focus on certain aspects of the practice or cannot find time to come to a regular class.
